4. Product Description and Availability
   1. Goods/Product Descriptions: we strive to ensure that all goods/product descriptions, images, and prices on the company’s website i.e. gvnirmal.com are accurate. However, however, we do not warrant that the information provided is error-free. If a product you order does not match the description, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition as outlined in our Return Policy.
   2. Product Availability: All goods/products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product we offer or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Invoicing

All prices displayed on our website or quoted by our representatives are in Indian Currency and may be subject to change without prior notice. All prices are exclusive of shipping, taxes and insurance, which are to be borne by Buyer and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

We accept payments via Debit/credit card, IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/UPI. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the total amount of the purchase, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees

6. Service Appointments for HVAC and RAC services

• Appointments can be scheduled via our website or by contacting us directly. Appointment availability is subject to confirmation by the company.
• We strive to meet appointment schedules; however, we are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hrs. before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

7. Shipping and Delivery of refrigerant gas and other products

We ship refrigerant gases and related products to Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.

Shipping fees and delivery terms will be provided during the checkout process or as stated in your order confirmation. GV Nirmal is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you once the products are handed over to the shipping carrier.

Delivery Time:  Product/Service will be delivered within 02  to 03 working  days from the date of receipt of Order.

8. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Products: You may return refrigerant gases or products purchased through our website within 03 working days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed upon approval, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.

Services: If you are not satisfied with our HVAC or RAC services, please contact us within07 days of service completion. Refunds or rework may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Product Warranty: Refrigerant gases and products supplied by GV Nirmal be covered by manufacturer warranties. GV Nirmal makes no additional warranties, express or implied, for the products.

Service Warranty: We provide warranties on our HVAC and RAC services as outlined in the service agreement or contract provided to you. GV Nirmal is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
