CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At Goldenvita Nirmal HVAC Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality refrigerant products and excellent customer service. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be cancelled and refunds issued. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.

1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Shipment

  • Request for Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email at: Support@gvnirmal.com or via call at: 0120-3115660. Cancellations can only be made before the order has been shipped.
  • Full Refund: Orders cancelled prior to shipping are eligible for a full refund, including the product cost and any applicable taxes. Shipping fees will not be charged if the order has not yet been shipped.

b. After Shipment

  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return the item under the conditions outlined in our Return Policy below.

2. Return Policy

a.    Eligible Returns

To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective.
  • The product was incorrect (e.g., wrong type of refrigerant gas delivered).

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Due to safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used refrigerant gas cylinders or any products that are not in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale are also non-returnable.

b. Return Request Process

  • Timeframe: You must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service Support@gvnirmal.com or via call at: 0120-3115660 with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

c. Product Condition

Returned items must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging. The product must include all accessories, labels, and documentation that came with it. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refunds

a. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

b. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Products that show signs of use or tampering.
  • Products returned beyond the 7-day return window.

c. Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Restocking Fees: We may charge a restocking fee of 3% on certain items, which will be deducted from your refund.

4.   Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@gvnirmal.com or via call at: 0120-3115660.  We will arrange for a replacement product or a full refund, including any shipping fees. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

 5. Refund Exceptions 

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the product was opened or used.
  • If the product was returned without obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • If the return request was made after the 7-day window.
